Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to book or buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

BUYING THE DVD VIDEO
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

DELIVERY
If you order using the internet your DVDs will be delivered free of charge to the UK or Europe. We will use first class post and aim to get your DVDs to you within 5 working days.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When you place an order you are automatically connected to PROTX, a card payment company approved by all the major UK banks. All transactions are securely encrypted using banking level 128 bit encryption. Your financial transaction is handled directly by PROTX. Open Page Limited do not, at any time, see the transaction details other than to be informed that the payment has been made.
